The wine list is influenced by owner Jonathan Brookes’ time working in wine bars, shops and restaurants in Paris, inspired by the natural wine movement, with value placed on uniqueness, authenticity and fun: Wines, and a growing list of beers, that are lively, diverse, sometimes surprising and that will both quench your thirst and inspire it. He likes to think he’d be delighted to discover such a list at any bar or restaurant in the world, and that there are a good number of treasures you would only find here in Wellington.
